Call Centre One Private Limited is a subsidiary of RE Holdings. The social mission that encapsulates this business is that the revenue of the business goes back to serving the community.

This is in the form of its serving co-operative, the Industrial and Services Co-operative Society Limited (ISCOS). ISCOS is a co-operative for the reintegration of ex-offenders. Not only does the revenue go back to the programmes and services, the objective of the business is to also create employment opportunities for ex-offenders.

RE Holdings Pte Ltd, with its experience in the call centre business (Connect Centre Pte Ltd), this mainstream investment will ultimately achieve its social mission of continued employment for inmates in Connect Centre, upon their release. Like all RE Holdings businesses, revenue from this social enterprise, will continue to fund ISCOS programmes and services for the reintegration of ex-offenders.

Call Centre One has since engaged more than 10 ISCOS members in its workforce. These members are carefully selected, screened and trained before they are placed in teams to engage in any campaigns. Such measures are taken due to nature of the campaign entrusted to Call Centre One by its clients.
