- Yes! We did it!
CC1 is the Champion (Gold) of the New Call Centre of the Year 2005.
CC1 also won the 1st runner up (Silver) for the Regional Call Centre of the Year 2005. Our Vision "To be the preferred Call Centre Outsourcing Partner in Singapore and Region" is our guiding star and the Contact Centre Association of Singapore's recognition proves that we are the best at providing excellent and cost-effective services for our clients!


On 18th November 2005 at the annual Call Centre Awards Gala Dinner held at The Ritz Carlton Hotel ballroom, the Contact Center Association of Singapore (CCAS) crowned Call Centre One as this year's CHAMPION of the NEW CALL CENTRE OF THE YEAR category! This highly prestigous Gold award goes to a new call centre which demonstrates high quality performance in contact centre management. Call Centre One was recognised for achieving excellence in the human & technological aspects of the call centre operations. More accolades followed when Call Centre One also won the 1st runner up (Silver Award) in the category "Regional New Call Centre of the Year 2005" competing against call centres from Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Thailand. Call Centre One strives to be the best when it comes to outsourced communication services and handling of inbound and outbound campaigns. These 2 awards are truly the best testimony to Call Centre One's mission & vision.
